Buttermilk recipe for digestion

Mix 1/6th glass of yogurt and 5/6th glass of water in a blender and add maple or rose syrup! Blend it well for a couple of minutes, and you get it ready! Enjoy it after lunch! It is light, easy to digest, and keeps you fresh and hydrated!
